26. February 2009. Centre for European Initiatives hold seminar on theme: “ How get money from pre-assistance founds of European Union, how to do registration, and how to participate in projects of FP7 program”. That was first part of seminar. Lecturers were: Mr. Đorđe Markez from Ministry of knowledge and technology Republic of Srpska, Mr. Rajko Tomaš- Faculty of economy Banjaluka, Miss Biljana T. Baraković president of Centre from. Moderator was Mr Željko Račić – president of Centre for European Studies.
Seminar was recorded by Alternativna television and was presented in “ Vijesti plus” (eng: News plus) on Altenrnativna televizija.

24. 03. in City Hall of City of Banjaluka we have hold second part of seminar. City Banjaluka ( administrative service) gave us for a free, their City Hall for this occasion, and in this way we want to thank them. The lecturers and the guests were the same, above mentioned.
we have hold one small meating with NGOs: from Gradiška - NGO “ Patrija”, from Oštra Luka and “CES” from Banjaluka in goal of better introduction with FP 7 program

What we have learned on seminar……
OTHER ACTIVITES IN 2009:
- We made good cooperation with Technology Business Park of Zagreb, Business Incubator Osijek, Euroconsultants Greece and Sarajevo, City Development Agency Banjaluka, Apeiron University Banjaluka, Ministry of Science RS, Ministry of Civil Affairs Bosnia and Hercegovina, etc…
- We have applied one project also by Ministry of Civil Affairs of BiH on theme “ Protection of women who work highly risk jobs- advocates, bankruptcy, police, politicians, journalists, judges…. Results of that project we will know in July 2009.
- We have applied ( deadline was 18 May 2009) project from area of environment protection by World Bank – section Development Marketplace on theme: Improving and testing birotor generator for producing more clear energy in goal of protection environment. Innovator of this innovation is Tadić Dragan. He is cooperating with our Centre in goal of improving and making commercialization of this innovation.
- Also, our president is member of team which won on tender for making. Feasibility Study of Technology Business Park of Banjaluka. (Obtained in May this year)
- Also, in this year we obtained one small grant on project presented on Aperion University Banjaluka, on theme Technology Business Park.
- Project from area of human rights has been applied by European Commission in March 2009. Results of the first circle of passing will be known on beginning of June 2009.
- We are helping another NGO Centre for European Studies- we were in team which helped innovator Zoran Dujaković to go on Arhimed. He obtained 5 gold medals there.
- Also, we are helping Mr. Zoran Dujakovic in process of commercialization of his innovation – we made connections with Tibor Breuer – person wich is important in world of commercialization.
